DownloadExpress is a download tool, that allows you to download individual files from Web and FTP sites at the maximum possible speed. Download Express is a small (less than 200 Kb) browser plugin application that automatically takes over as soon as you click on a specified link type (.exe, zip,msi etc) and replaces the standard IE download dialog.
