Fx Audio tools is a tools suite, that includes an audio file converter with support for most common audio and video sound types including variable bitrate MP2 and MP3 files, as well as a CD Audio to Wave CD ripper, a Wave sound recorder, an audio file player and a CD player. Most of the tools are very basic, without any bells and whistles. Used to be shareware, now free. Requires DirectX 8.1
